The Juice Truck – Vancouver, Canada

The founders of The Juice Truck were inspired to start a business mid-trek, high up in the Himalayan mountains, after observing the locals drink juice from a native berry in order to receive its nutritional benefits. From this they recognized the power and benefits fresh juice could provide, and decided to explore the world for more flavors, before starting their very own juice truck. Today the juice truck is serving up over 16 varieties of juices and smoothies including The Remedy, made of  pineapple pressed with cucumber, kale, mint, and ginger, and The Avocado Pineapple, a smoothie made of avocado blended with pineapple, coconut water, lime, raw vanilla, and coconut nectar. Yum!

Twenty TwoIndianapolis, IN

Twenty Two was started by husband and wife Ross and Leslie Hanna, who were inspired by their passion for food and a lack of  healthy options in the Indianapolis area. For about a year, they have been serving organic juices, smoothies, and acai bowls out of a vintage Shasta travel trailer.  If you ever happen to be in the Indianapolis area, be on the lookout for the Twenty Two trailer, or stop by their booth to try a “You Glo Girl,” made of Carrot, Orange, and Ginger juices, or a “PB Acai Bowl” made of peanut butter, acai berry, and banana, blended with chocolate almond milk and all topped with hemp granola and cocoa nibs!

Green Pirate Juice Truck – New York, NY

The Green Pirate Juice Truck is taking on the streets of New York  in order to provide an alternative option to the typical summer street vendors that are serving up ice cream, pretzels, hot dogs, and sodas. Their mission is to “boldly go where no man has gone and serve up the sexiest, most delicious, most nutritious, FRESH juices and smoothies,” with the belief that if people ate better, they’d feel better, and if everyone felt better, the world be a much more brighter place. New York is said to be a sometimes harsh concrete jungle, so if you’re roaming the city streets looking for a way to brighten your day, stop by the Green Pirate Juice Truck and try their signature Green Pirate juice made of  spinach, celery, apple, cucumber, lemon, and ginger.
