Full flavors from the Mississippi Delta and Louisiana Bayou. Menu items include rib tips, cajun prime rib sandwiches, mac n cheese, cajun potato salad, and more. We also offer a New Orleans food booth, items such as Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya or Red Beans and Rice with fresh Beignets!
