With “ICHI” meaning ONE in Japanese and “MAS” meaning MORE in Spanish, customers will shout, “!” to a variety of dishes available.
We don’t categorize ourselves with one style of food, but offer a variety of cuisines. We believe in focusing on a few menu items and making them GREAT—it’s our key to preparing quality items that will keep you coming back again and again!
Working in the culinary industry, we know a lot of impressive talent out there and wanted to give chefs and aspiring chefs an avenue to express their creativity.
Voila! The guest chef concept of the food truck is born—it’s a win win situation all around. A guest chef will keep our menu diverse and constantly changing to make everyone say, “ICHI MAS!”
