It's high noon at L'Enfant Plaza. You're hungry, and you don't want to eat the same tired half-smoke or boring sandwich. You got 7 bucks in your wallet and 30 minutes to eat. What do you do? Starve! Now, what if there was an affordable, high-quality, eco-friendly option parked right outside your office? Well then you'd be stuffing your face with tender 16-hour smoked pulled pork or Hatch green chili chicken sausages topped with pico de gallo and queso fresco from PORC: Purveyors Of Rolling Cuisine.

In a city of countless hot dog vendors and sandwich shops, DC will now has a tasty alternative. We looked at what’s missing or what could be better in the DC culinary scene and put it on one menu. We’re starting out simple with some of our favorites (BBQ, gourmet sausages, and seasonal vegetarian specialties) with the goal of becoming more exotic and varied as we go. The method behind our menu is embodied in PORC’s philosophy of using great ingredients, cooking them simply and well, and serving it to you at a low price.
