Rosa's Bella Cucina is a taste of New Jersey Italian Deli right in the streets of Los Angeles.

Rosa’s Bella Cucina is generation 2.0 of the famed DePalma Brothers Italian Delicatessen and well known Italian food caterers of New Jersey.

For over 30 years DePalma Brothers, which is owned and operated by The Graziano family who are natives of Naples, Italy, has acted as the hub to the Italian community in the Northern New Jersey area. The location is not only known for their divine specialty imported foods but for its atmosphere of Old World Italy. Rosa Graziano (the 1st American generation daughter of Angela & Giovanni Graziano) is being passed the torch with her families blessings as she brings this same Old World Italian tradition to the community of Los Angeles through Rosa’s Bella Cucina, an Italian Kitchen/Delicatessen on Wheels, which acts as a great new satellite Italian kitchen for all your catering needs.

For the last 8 years, Rosa’s Zeppole booth has been one of the most popular booths at the Feast of San Gennaro Hollywood, getting high praises from fellow American Italians like Jimmy Kimmel and Ray Romano and has been featured on many news and TV programs such as VH1‘s Morning Show and KTLA.

Through Rosa’s active involvement with Los Angeles Italian societies; The Sons of Italy Hollywood Lodge, UNICO and the National Italian American Foundation, Rosa has been a mainstay and local fan favorite amongst all feast and event goers. After much persuasion from the west coast Italian community, Rosa has finally decided to bring a piece of her Italian culture and her passed down old world Italian recipes to Los Angeles by opening up Rosa’s Bella Cucina. Taking the lead from her family business but turning it up a notch Rosa has created an Italian kitchen on wheels. Rosa’s Bella Cucina brings Old School Italian traditions and the foods you all know and love. A lil’ sample of whats to come: Arancini, Italian sandwiches filled with the best Italian ingredients and other hot and cold specialty items.
