“Doubles” is considered THE street food of Trinidad. It is a sandwich made with two handcrafted rounds of flatbread called bara that have been infused with cumin and turmeric and lightly fried to perfection. The bara are filled with lightly curried channa. The channa is topped with mango chutney and AK’s own yummy hot habanero pepper sauce. We make everything from scratch using only the highest quality ingredients available.
