Cedric Barberet knows pastry given he has 25 years experience as a baker plus a master’s degree in pastry cooking from Patisserie Chereau in France. Barberet has worked in loads of exclusive clubs and restaurants, but comes from humble beginnings. Born in France, his love of all things baked goods began as a young boy when he served as an apprentice at his family bakery. Barberet now calls Lancaster, PA home where he dishes up delectable concoctions you won’t want to miss.
