About Beef King
Linda has truly earned the title of Beef King, bringing Chicago-style Italian beef straight to the heart of Denver, CO. Originally from the Windy City, Linda started out selling her fare at the local farmer’s market, a means of sharing her Italian heritage with the community. When her son was diagnosed with both lactose intolerance and Celiac’s Disease, however, Linda had to switch up her cooking habits at home. She decided to share her newfound recipes with her patrons, adding some dairy-free, gluten-free options to the menu. Inspired by her increasing popularity across the Mile High City, she eventually converted Beef King into a food truck so she could roam the streets feeding the hungry.
Linda uses only local, organic ingredients to hand-craft her delectable spread of all things savory. Naturally, you’ll find traditional Chicago-style Italian beef here, made to juicy, savory perfection. However, Linda’s no one trick pony. She also serves up a bounty of pastas, sandwiches, salads, and sides all well worth sampling. Every single item on the menu can be made gluten-free on request, so those with dietary restrictions won’t feel neglected. What’s not to love?
