In order to bring new thought to new settings we decided to forgo the espresso cart and umbrella for something a little more functional and pleasing to the eye. We prefer to actually come and set up shop at each event so that we can do our jobs as best we know how – espresso machine, scales, tea kettles, pourover bar, the whole nine yards – honestly it’s kind of impressive.
We don’t exactly have an overzealous menu. We believe in simplicity and elegance, and in achieving nirvana through producing and enjoying an immaculate cup. Ok, so we’re not really buddhists, but we do want you to get a little weak in the knees when you taste the things we make. Believe us, it’s enough.
We also don’t have terrible coffee, tea, fashion, breath, attitudes, jokes* or anything you might normally associate with the word “catering”.
We do, however, enjoy the heck out of our jobs. We are thrilled (no really, we’re geeks) to offer a variety of brew methods and drinks, and can even fashion specialty drinks that are tailored to your event and liking. Forget french vanilla frappuccinos and let’s talk locally roasted cocoa and infused creams, seasonal fruit reductions and homemade caramel sauces.
