Keep on (Food) Truckin’

Zino_KeepTruckin

Seattle has become a world class city with an illustrious culinary and ever growing food truck scene. With over 160 food trucks roaming the city, there are options and opportunities for everyone.

On November 17th, a Seattle based angel investment membership organization, Zino Society, is hosting “Keep on (Food) Truckin”. This invaluable event will provide Business owners, in the Food Truck and Hospitality industry, with an investment forum platform to pitch their pursuit to possible investors.

Judging the pitches are two well-known Seattle restauranteurs, Theirry Rautreau, chef, restaurant owner and the winner of a James Beard award, as well as Ethan Stowell, owner of the 9 Stowell Restaurants and winner of Food & Wines Best New Chefs, 2003.

In addition to hearing the great pitches the brews will be flowing from 6 local breweries: Westland Distillery, Isenhower Cellars, Grizzly Ciderworks, Rocky Pond Winery, Terroir360 and Alexandria Nicole Cellars. To compliment the brews a few Seattle fav food trucks will be giving out samples of their goods, including Street Treats dessert truck, who dish out some of the best ice cream cookie sandwiches around!

The Zino Keep on (Food) Truckin’ Investment Forum will be a great opportunity for new comers and vets to share their passion and present their pitches to a room full of angel investors. Mark your calendars for November 17th, 4:30pm -9pm and get ready for a great resourceful night at the Westland Distillery!

If you are a Seattle food truck owner interested in sharing samples of a few of your menu items at the event be sure to contact Lee Reeves, Events & Marketing Manger at 206-399-2553
