March is coming to a close but things are just heating up! Check out these food festivals that are happening across the nation this weekend and prepare your stomaches for pure deliciousness.
The Great American Foodie Fest, formerly known as Las Vegas Foodie Fest, is taking over Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego March 27th-29th. 50 trucks and vendors will be in attendance to feed the hungry foodies. Alongside food, there will also be carnival rides, a beer garden, food eating contests and live music for entertainment. With options for one day or weekend passes, you can choose to cruise through or spend your entire weekend immersed in foodie culture.

The World’s Largest Food Truck Festival Ever 3 is taking place this weekend at the Florida State Fairgrounds. The expected attendance to this year’s festival is a whopping 30,000 people – an increase of 10,000 from the previous year. Admission is free and there will be a kid zone to keep little ones bouncing off the walls, as you indulge in everything from chicken and waffles to shaved steak sandwiches.

New Orleans Food Fest got its start in 1997 as the Nola Road Food Festival after the infamous “Road Food” Guides and has been holding it down ever since. Over 20 vendors will be taking over the French Market March 28 – 29th, dishing out some of their best disches in celebration of America’s hometown eats. Complete with a sweets showcase (Friday night), a beignet eating contest (featuring NOLA fire department as competitors) and live bands all weekend, there is no way you should miss out on this fest if you’re going to be in the NOLA area.
