A Little Something In Between

Brunch – a time for those who aren’t quite the crack of dawn early risers and for those with stomachs that seem to rumble just a bit louder than normal before the average lunch time. If you happen to fall into one of those categories, we have some trucks that can provide you with great breakfast eats and a little something in between to hold you over until your next meal.

Eastman Egg Co.

Eastman Egg Company is a Chi-town based food truck that is serving up breakfast sandwiches and bowls full of an array of quality, all-natural ingredients including farm eggs, country ham, homemade sauces, and veggies all on fresh French ciabatta or pretzel rolls. And if you’re someone who just needs a few bites to get them going, pair any of the seasonal sides with a cup of specialty roasted iced or drip coffee.

If you’re looking for a traditional breakfast go with their Breakfast Deluxe, 3 homemade pancakes, with 2 eggs and your choice of meat, but if you’re looking to spice it up a bit try the Mexican wrap that is stuffed with eggs, grilled onion, peppers, Mexican potatoes and chorizo fresco!
