Neeraj Moondra grew up in Rajasthan, India, where he developed a deep-seated love of food watching his mom in the kitchen. When he landed in the United States as an adult, he decided he wanted to add his own culture’s cuisine to the already rich Washington DC food scene with Blue City Food. You can catch Neeraj rolling around the capital in this truck, serving avid foodies some top-tier Indian cuisine right on the streets.
