About Buttercream Cupcake Truck
Buttercream's Owner Kate Carrara, a former attorney, left her firm in July, 2009, deciding it was way more fun to be "The Cupcake Lady" than "The Deposition Lady." Since the truck formally launched in August, 2009, it has been a roller coaster of nonstop trial and error. There have been lots of triumphs and just as many mistakes and sorrows. But we wouldn't change it for anything!
