Founder Jerrime Castle was raised in Seattle, Washington where he managed various local bars and night clubs, learning the art of mixing flavors. Having moved to San Antonio in 2014, he wanted to bring a new style of coffee shop to the area. One where he could mix the fun lifestyle of the night scene with his love for coffee. Castle Coffee combines unique ingredients, fresh fruits and spices to create exotic coffee and espresso drinks, smoothies and milkshakes.
