"Serving tradition, from the heart of our kitchen" is what best describes our mission. We specialize in some of Cuba's most commonly known staple dishes, sandwiches & appetizers. Our name "Media Noche" came from one of the tastiest sandwich on the menu, the Cubano sandwich on a mildly sweet bread. We want to add some of our sweet and savory flavors to the diverse food truck scene in Chicago. We pride ourselves with quality of the product and quality customer service experience. This dream of essentially giving the city the best cuban food they ever tasted started when my mother would celebrate all of my siblings birthdays and people would come to the parties and compliment my mother on the cooking and how delicious everything was. As the years passed the following started to grow and the word got around quickly, my mothers employer at the time Dolce Int. requested what initially started as employee parties for 300+ employees then quickly turned to banquet catering. That was the beginning to what we are today. We currently have a brick and mortar cafe in HOT downtown Berwyn's Depot District and we also have a food truck in Chicago. Our journey is just getting started and we love making people happy with our food.
