Piaggio has been crafting them for over 30 years, starting back in 1982 in Brazil, shopping them around to restaurants and vacationing tourists. He perfected his methods over 12 years, and then brought it all the way to California, serving it in local eateries and finally aboard his taco truck. Fusing Argentinian roots with the taco truck culture, you won't find any food as uniquely delicious as the stuff he's got on board.
