Wilson as a very young man joined the Military and traveled the world learning many cultures,as a 94B10 ( Army cook). Immediately after Lance started working as a prep cook and worked his way to a General Manager. During his path he developed the PASSION TO SERVE and found out that, he enjoyed the facial expressions and sounds of people, after they've tasted the right kind of food. His first audience happened to be his own family. A very openly resistant family towards bad food. His first dish was a simple one, a dish you will find on the menu, to give you a surprise. Harnessing the power of a good taste in food with great service can be difficult and not everyone has the capability to obtain such skills. Shortly after a few catering events the news hit mass media like a meteor, and that's when he started his own catering company called... you guessed it "3Sixty Kitchen". Enjoy.

Our menu is cooked Santa Maria Style over a wood fired grill right in the truck. We can accommodate special menus if requested. We are available for breakfast, lunch , and dinner 7 days a week.
