Chili Inside / Chili Outside, born out of a love of food, is the brainchild of stacy & dave, and is operated day-to-day by son alex.
Stacy, a former Texan, had been catering events for the last five years and often wondered what it would be like to run a restaurant.
After frequenting many of the food carts in portland, an idea was hatched...why not open a food cart that specializes in:
1) Something that isn’t already being served, and
2) A food we know a thing or two about.
Come by and try some texas style chili - Protein packed, good for yer innards, and won’t make you fart. And to any homesick texans out there... ya’ll won’t be disappointed!
