Classic Cruisin Cuisine is an authentic bright yellow food truck that came all the way from Las Vegas to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the gourmand's of Spokane who have been patiently waiting for delicious, creative homemade cuisine right off a food truck! We serve classic American dishes, (some with a twist) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Serving our community is also a huge part of our business and who we are. Our business is devoted to doing what we can and where we can to help. Whether it's feeding the homeless under the bridge once a month or helping out with non-profit events. And please know, we never throw away our food, it is ALWAYS given away. We want to make sure that our customers not only love our food, but our service and personality too. We want to create a city of "Food Truck Followers" or FTF's for Classic Cruisin' Cuisine!
