With 25 years of cooking experience Chef Jack Harding has been cooking in some of the most prestigious kitchens on both East and West Coasts. After graduating at the top of his class from the Baltimore International Culinary Arts Academy Jack set his sights on the Los Angeles food scene and never looked back.
