About Crave Pie Studio - Happie Camper
After being laid off after nearly 20 years from her job in corporate America, Briana Carson enrolled in community college to pursue her culinary interests. She found the layoff was a blessing in disguise as food truly made her happy. At first, Carson had an aversion to all things baking, but fell in love with the art of pie-making after taking Baking 101. And thank goodness for that because her food trailer, Crave Pie Studio, is dishing up delectable mini-pies in the Lilburn area!
These artisanal pies are made fresh in the studio each day and come in a host of tasty flavors. Some flavors are available year-round, such as lemon chess and maple pecan, but there is also a rotating menu that incorporates seasonal ingredients. Using ingredients based on season ensures pies are fresh and flavorful, so you'll always want to sample summer, winter, spring, and fall pies! While most pies are sugary sweet perfection, you can err to the savory side with some quiche or pot pies. Are you drooling? Book Crave Pie Studio for your next event for a crowd-pleasing dessert table!
Bourbon Chocolate Pecan - The rich, deep flavors of chocolate and pecans are enhanced by bourbon's bitter undertones to make for a robustly sweet feast.
Dutch Apple - As making an apple pie from scratch is what made Carson fall in love with baking, you pretty much have to sample this cinnamon-rich masterpiece.
