Who knew…when sisters Eileen and Joann DeLeoz were eating their crepes right under the Eiffel Tower back in 2006, that it was the beginning of their Crepe’n Around adventure.
But if you ask their parents, Alan and Josefa, they’d probably say growing up Filipino-American—the huge family gatherings and the endless days and nights cooking in the kitchen—that drove Eileen and Joann to Crepe’n Around.
Fast forward to 2010, Crepe’n Around offers foodies anything from the sweet crepes we all love—Strawberries and Cream, Banana Nutella, and S’more, to savory crepes filled with Teriyaki Flank Steak, Ham & Brie, Maple Braised Pork and Chicken Pesto.
No matter what your palette, Crepe’n Around brings high-quality crepes at street level prices for everyone to enjoy.
ABOUT EILEEN DeLEOZ
Earning her Diplôme de Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Eileen brings her experience and the traditions from the world-renowned kitchens of France to the streets of Los Angeles.
Before living, breathing and cooking all things French, Eileen earned her AOS in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, California.
While formal culinary training and education has certainly built a solid foundation for her culinary career, there’s nothing that compares to her hands-on, in-your-face, kitchen hell (pun intended!) experience working at the Michelin, starring Gordon Ramsay in West Hollywood, California, and Patina at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Downtown Los Angeles.
