BBQ Pork Sandwich
Slow cooked boston butt with our special dry rub and homemade sweet BBQ sauce on a soft bun and dill pickle slices on the side
Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich
A tender chicken thigh roasted in Hawaiian spices topped with arugula and grilled pineapple and dressed with an orange sauce on a King's Hawaiian Bun.

What is the story behind your business' name?
My father was Cuban, and my mother was Irish. My wife's family is Irish; therefore, we are Cubish.
