Our Cuisine comes from Sri Lanka (formerly known as Ceylon), a soverign Island Nation in South Asia. Sri Lanka is known for its Rich Culinary Heritage, Indigenous Spices, World Class Teas, Precious Gemstones… and of course, who can forget the Warm Blue Ocean!
