Culver City Salads is a plant-based & gluten free family-run catering, retail, and little green food truck. Not only do they offer delicious salads, but they serve YVR with a mission in mind: to provide the city with a healthy, whole, nourishing meal while creating the smallest impact possible. They reduce food waste, repurposing and composting every last bit of trimmings, use 100% compostable and biodegradable containers and packaging, and even source all of their produce from as close to home as possible.
