Competition Style BBQ refers to the methods used to cook our BBQ. Years ago we got involved in competition BBQ and have come to know that food prepared for a contest is generally much better than most BBQ joints. Great care is spent in tenderizing, seasoning, injecting, marinading and preparing the meat before it ever gets to the smoker. We then slow smoke our meats for 12-16 hours at low temps using the best hardwoods and fruit woods for that mouth watering Kansas City BBQ flavor.
