At Ecletic Kitchen, the kind of food I want to cook comes from a broad and diverse range of sources. The theme of the opening menu is based around my upbringing in Thailand and the various street foods offered in my hometown of Bangkok.
My objective is cooking good tasty fresh made food that's worth your money. Menu consists of comfort foods that I have experienced through out my life. Menu will be small 3-5 items, but will change according to availability of ingredients and the chef's moods.
Serving dishes are compostable byproducts of sugarcane and wheatgrass by World Centric.
