Fajita xpresso was created by two partners that are passionate about providing customers with the finest coffees and cuisine available at an affordable price. The creation came about one evening at the home of Tim Brake. While the Rojas and Brake families were enjoying some mesquite smoked fajitas, Gino mentioned, "These are the best fajitas I've ever tasted!" Tim replied humbly, "I know." As their wives rolled their eyes, Tim and Gino knew they were on to something special. What this world is missing is a place that serves great tasting fajitas. As they began to map out their plan for world domination, Gino offered Tim one of his signature espressos. Tim said, "This is the best espresso I've ever tasted!" Gino replied humbly, "I know." Thus, Fajita X-Presso was born, and the world is a better place because of it.  Don't take our word for it, please stop by and taste for yourself.
