All your favorite street foods on a funky, fresh truck! Inspired by street food around the country- and around the globe! The Story... Husband and wife team and Food Traveler owners, John and Kendall Bilbow, are bringing their passion for food and people to the streets of DFW via the Food Traveler Truck! 12 years (and four kids!) after starting their lives together as avid "foodies", the Bilbows are excited to join the new DFW food-truck craze. What's more fun than food, people and travel!? Combining a passion for all three, the concept of regional, seasonal STREET FOOD on a truck was born. From their honey-moon trip to the Hawaiian Islands, to their incredible journey to Korea, where their oldest son was born, the Bilbows share their experiences through fresh, delicious dishes. John and Kendall are thrilled to be back home in the Fort Worth community. John first established his roots in the FW area as the General Manager of the Fort Worth Cats. During his time with the Cats, the Bilbows also became fundraisers for several non-profit organizations, many of which provide research dollars and support to families with children with special medicals needs. Their own precious Jylian was born with special medical challenges, and she inspires all she meets with her incredible story (not to mention smile and sweet spirit)! She's truly our little Jelly-Bean. John was named one of the Forty Under Forty by the FW Business Press in 2009, and went on to become a restaurant partner, opening two Fuzzy's Taco Shops in North Texas. Now, the Bilbows are ready to bring food, people and fun together- enjoy authentic global street food... We bring you the Food Traveler Food Truck!
