Josh Wolfe is a Vancouver based Chef who left his mark on the city as Executive Chef opening the wildly successful COAST Restaurant. With a passion for all things wild and an avid outdoorsman, Wolfe would go and get the product himself everyday if he could. (Which is how most of the mushrooms got here!)
Josh trained under the well respected Alsatian Chef Marc Thuet for many years learning how to take a contemporary look at classical ideas and how to harvest wild food.

Andy Fielding got his start as a street vendor on the streets of San Francisco at the ripe age of nineteen. Since then he has developed an avid passion for street food that has led him to some of the most delectable meals on travels around the world.
Andy brings numerous years of experience in the food industry along with a philosophy that the best food is the freshest, most local food.
He is very excited about bringing real, freshly made food to the streets of Vancouver and helping to highlight the local bounty.
