Meet Frozen Crush, LA’s Ultimate Italian Ice Mobile, servicing the Greater Los Angeles area. If you are from the East Coast, your eyes are lighting up as italian ice was your favorite summer treat growing up in New York, Philadelphia, or any of the surrounding areas where italian ice has become the king of all desserts! You may have called it “water ice” back home…or “ice”…or “iceee”…or in our case, a “crush”. Californians, who are not familiar with italian ice, are always blown away with how silky smooth, flavorful, and refreshing our ices taste. We are told over and over again, that we are far superior to sno cones and shave ice as our italian ices are dairy-free and made with fresh fruit puree, pure cane sugar, and filtered water. We also make sugar-free flavors using Splenda as the sugar substitute. We make our ices in the same machine that makes ice cream – freezing the ingredients while mixing them together. No more watching sticky syrups poured all over chunk or shaved ice which consists mostly of air anyway and ending up with a puddle of liquid at the bottom and crunching on non-flavored ice on top.
