Alex Meisels created Fuki because he realized that while San Francisco is a very organic, locally-oriented city, there was a curious blind spot when it came to food trucks. The greasy, unhealthy food you find at most rallies just wouldn't stand, so instead he took a stand. And the results were spectacular. Why the name?
