Fusion Taco was created by Julia Sharaby, a native Texan, who has spent 15 years in the food and beverage industry. After following the recent trend in dining, she ultimately fell in love with the gourmet food truck craze and decided that she would be the one to introduce it to her beloved city. With the truck’s stainless steel commercial kitchen and the chrome wheels and high-gloss black finish, Fusion Taco impresses even the most discerning foodies.
