Gibroni’s is a Tex-Mexican-Italian fusion food truck and events caterer. We specialize in catering fresh pasta, sandwiches, salads, soups and sweet potato “postadas” to the surrounding Austin, Texas area.
All of our dishes are made daily with traditional ingredients you’d find in our favorite places (Texas, Mexico, Italy), with a Texitalican twist. Come try our Texas Brisket Marinara pasta, Chorizo Meatball Sandwich, Charred Brussels Sprout Salad, or Sweet Potato “Postadas”.
