Husband and wife team David and Kathryn Heininger are putting their 40 years of experience in the food industry to good use with Grillin N Chillin. David’s served as a pastry and executive chef at resorts throughout Connecticut and Arizona and has spent the last 18 years working as a candy maker and artisanal goat cheese maker. Kathyrn also comes from a diverse culinary background and the team’s collective experience shines through in their 16-foot, fully self-contained trailer. Now, they travel around the White Mountains region of Northern Arizona serving up seasonal fare.
The menu, as the name would imply, is all about chargrilled specialties. Everything from the teriyaki chicken to the garlic steak to the burger sliders is packed with a rich, smoky flavor.
