Mochiko Chicken
Hawaiian fried chicken, battered in Mochiko rice flour, oyster sauce, garlic and ginger.
Small Kalua Pig
1 Scoop rice, mac salad, and slaw. Pork smoked with Kiawe wood and salted with Hawaiian rock salt.
Large Shoyu Chicken
2 scoops rice, 1 scoop mac salad, 1 scoop slaw. Chicken thought slow cooked in soy sauce, brown sugar, and ginger. Shredded and spoon tender.
Pork Adobo
Traditional Filipino dish. Slow cooked in vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves, garlic and onion.
Ahi Poke
Raw ahi tuna, cubed and tossed with sauce.
Hawaiian Nachos
Fried wonton chips, topped with sesame slaw, choice of protein and our house sauces.
Fried Tofu
Battered in family flour recipe. Topped with choice of sauce.
Small Hawaiian Fried Chicken
1 Scoop of rice, mac salad, and slaw. Diced chicken thighs, dredged in family recipe of frying flour. Fried golden and crispy. Served with drizzle of sauce.
Large Hawaiian Fried Chicken
2 scoops rice, 1 scoop mac salad, and 1 scoop sesame slaw. Diced chicken, dredged in family fryer recipe. Fried golden brown and crispy.

Hapa Howie’s is named after my grandfather Howard. Hapa means “half or mixed”in Hawaiian. The name is a tribute to my heritage.,
