Down Home Food Uptown Flare is out motto and that really sums it up! We have operated a full service catering company for the past 7 years and out of that came Holy Chow food truck. We specialize in low country cuisine and some of our popular dishes include Lowcountry Cuban, Fried Green Tomato BLT, Blackeyed Peacakes with Chow Chow, and Cheesecake Brownies to name a few. Being caterers, we can tailor our menus for the truck to meet the needs of the site/event we are serving.
