Prior to us it was used to cater events, feeding as many as 1000 people per event. This would be the perfect solution for an instant commercial kitchen at outdoor catering venues. To build a comparable commercial kitchen with all equipment and ventilation would cost upwards of $100,000, not including the potential effect on property value/taxes. There is some winter freeze damage to sink pipes, and refrigeration units may need work as well. Most equipment still has original manual/paperwork. Mobile Kitchen has 2 convection ovens, 8 burners, 2 commercial ovens, 3 fryers, and plenty of refrigeration, storage and prep space. It would be a great asset for an outdoor catering venue!
