Founded in 2012 by brothers Ninh & Tu Le, and named after their son/nephew Jack, the Alberta burger legend started in Slave Lake, relocated to the Perron District just outside Edmonton, and launched a truck on the side. The guys behind the burgers at Jack’s will put, like, anything on a burger, so open yourself up and enjoy.
It’s hard to go wrong with any of the beastly creations that Jack’s is grilling, especially with a menu full of so many options. For a hangover cure, hit up the Hangover, a Frankenstein-esque burger/grilled cheese hybrid. Feeling too unhealthy? No problem, hit their On the Cobb for some bleu cheesey salad vibes. If you’re trying to dive into the fire, the Inferno is always a great choice, packed with jalapeños and banana pepper marmalade. Don’t get in the way of your guests’ happiness; book Jack’s Burger Shack to cater your next event.
BBQ Crunch — A ⅓ lb patty, lettuce, tomato, onions, Jack sauce, bacon, cheese, potato chips, and—yes please—orange soda BBQ sauce.
