JoJo’s BBQ is instrumental in diversifying Calgarys’ “street food” niche by offering customers delicious honest-to-goodness, BEST TRUE BLUE Southern-style barbeque from a "vintage" food truck, the "Chariot of Smoke" - a 24' converted Chevy Cheyenne motor home.
Alberta-raised meats will slowly smoke away in the apple/cherry wood-fed pit smoker. The exceptionally delectable menu items will consist of fresh homemade fare with a rustic “comfort food” approach, as well as southern-style dishes with a down home prairies-of-Alberta flare.
