Jonny Blonde serves up fire-grilled, locally-raised meat and farm fresh produce around Hamilton. The menu includes a selection of delicious sauces, flatbread sandwiches, skewers and sides, using quality, locally-raised, fire-grilled meats and local, seasonal produce. The emphasis is on delivering the best, freshest meal possible - from making and grilling the dough, to picking the produce right off the farm, to creating sauces from scratch, to butchering the chickens and meat. Using bold flavours, international influences, Jonny changes the menu daily and puts his own innovative twists on classic favourites.
