The O’Malley sisters have recently joined forces to open Los Angeles` newest and flashiest food truck, José O’Malley’s. José O’Malley’s features not only American and Mexican cuisines, but also stand-up comedy, karaoke, theme events and even hula hoop contests. The menu is a collection of much-loved recipes, which if their mom could cook, she would have made for the girls, and authentic Mexican family fare prepared by Mary and Cathy’s family friend Aracely. Aracely has been cooking since she was able to climb up on the kitchen chair and reach her mom’s table in El Rincon, Jalisco, Mexico.
