About Last Course

Last Course was started a year ago in Salt Lake City. We serve elegant desserts and premium ice creams, cookies, brownies - breakfast menu coming soon. Although we do have brick and mortar stores we knew we wanted to build a food truck to bring amazing desserts and ice cream to the food truck scene. There are plenty of amazing trucks to get a meal, but what about dessert. For years I have dreamed of doing a food truck so I'm excited for the opportunity that presented itself with Last Course to run the food truck. Even though we are just starting running a food truck we will be fully operational once the paint and wrap are done in a couple weeks. There won't be an operational learning curve due to the fact that we already have stores where we have dialed in our food production and service - so the food truck is just an extension of what we are already doing. Our goal is to be the elegant option for luxury desserts and ice creams.
