Esteemed chef Tony Shields culls his inspiration from the tastiest eats around. The left coast is nothing without its tacos, so he set out to make this popular street food his own. Each starts with a handmade corn masa tortilla, and from there, he's smashing in a whole lotta flavor, from thai shrimp to island style cod fish topped with pineapple mango salsa and even yellowfin seared ahi tuna topped with tender crab meat. Sandwiches are given the fine dining bend, with a po' boy incorporating that same thai style shrimp and Asian slaw, as well as a pork belly BLT and banh mi. Oh, and he's also got a tender lamb burger on the menu, as well as loaded fries. Honestly too much to list out here.
