Marcell's Carolina BBQ is the only North Carolina BBQ in Albuquerque. We primarily cook chicken and pork bbq with homemade southern sauces. Carolina style bbq is tender with a sweeter flavoring. Our truck can be found at various Albuquerque sites including Downtown, next to Old Town, at Talin Market, or at special events. We cook at special events around town and can cook up to 380 pounds of meat at one time. If you need us to be somewhere just call.
