2 stacked conveyor ovens, each drawing 40,000 BTU's propane, individually programmable for temperatures up to 600 degrees & cooking times from 1-20 minutes, were intended for 9" pizzas but according to Zesto, they are "ideal for a variety of cooking applications including pizza, seafood, omelettes and other egg dishes, pre-cooked meats, cookies, bakery products, pita breads, heating plated Mexican food and hot submarine sandwiches." 9" pies, with a 5-minute cooking time -- each oven has a capacity of 64 pizzas per hour. The opening from the belt to the top is 2 3/8" (60mm) high, allowing for dishes up to 2 1/4" tall. Kitchen was thoughtfully designed for serving Gluten-Free Pizza & Caesar Salads, with extended menus at Private Events; and delivering pre-ordered Gluten-Free cakes and other goodies throughout LA County. Extra wiring has been laid in throughout, especially near the main service window (for POS system & small appliances) and in front Cab (for security camera &/or sound system.)
