Up for sale is a turn-key mobile pizza kitchen. This isn't your typical food truck and should not be treated as so. This is a heavy duty, solidly built, full-service Wood-Fired Pizza Truck with no expense spared. Countless hours went in to the design process, pre-fabrication engineering and actual build. Not only will the buyer be receiving a turn-key mobile operation, but a complete commercial kitchen with top-of-the-line equipment is included. This is NOT a converted box truck, UPS truck, or step-side van. The power train moving this mobile kitchen is a 2009 International 4300 w/ an Allison 5spd Auto Transmission and the massive MaxxForce DT466 Turbo Diesel Engine. THIS TRUCK IS CLEAN! It was purchased in 2016, and was previously a PODS truck. It just had it's scheduled preventive maintainence completed and runs great. 216k miles and half-a-million more to go. This truck features:

  • Mounted onto the truck is the base and housing of the mobile kitchen. A new (one-trip) 20'x8' Transcontinental Shipping Container. Purchased new and professionally mounted to the chassis. Each frame rail was lined with 3/8" rubber to decrease vibration and help protect the on-board equipment. Full welds and U-Bolts complete the installation. The fabrication for the kitchen was a completely custom job. This was completed by a local company who specializes in shipping containers and took months to complete - mostly for the custom cut windows. The full fabrication included:
  • Frame and install (5) custom cut tempered RV windows
  • Fab and install custom side door with built-in windows and service windows.
  • Drop flooring to accomodate service window and add three stairs into top kichen level.
  • Fab and install custom plumbing box.
  • Fab and install Cummins 12kw generator mount.

  • Fab and install custom rear ladder.
  • Install x4 low profile roof vents with speed control and push/pull air.
  • Install low voltage, high efficiency LED lighting.
  • Install oven and frame mounts.
  • Install single pipe, insulated chimney.
  • Fab and install complete restaurant-grade plumbing.
  • Install 4gal electric water heater and 115v HD water pump.
  • Install full 120v electric power grid with 50amp poles.
  • Install handwash sinks and three-basin cleaning sinks.
  • Finish flooring with Restaurant grade/commercial grade epoxy flooring.
  • Paint interior and exterior with matte finish DTM paint

If you know pizza ovens, then you know The largest, single-opening commercial pizza oven on the market, the 160-PAGW. This is the wood and gas fired model, with copper hood and accents. It features a custom job by where they mounted the recessed burners into the rear of the oven, not like the sides which are their normal production. This allows the user to place wood on either or both sides of the oven. It can handle approximately twelve, 11-inch pizzas at once! The oven exterior has been wrapped in Wrisco thin aluminum sheeting, red in color to match the cab of the truck. You will not find a better, cleaner, more efficient and powerful oven anywhere on the market. It is also the ONLY piece of cooking equipment you have to manage. This truck is solely for pizza and bread products. There are NO fryers, NO grease traps, NO hoods, NO ranges, NO griddles, NO stoves, Nothing!
