So now our truck is available for you to realize your dreams too. This truck is designed to match just about any menu you could imagine. She is big and spacious and can fit over 5 workers at once. Burritos, Tacos, Quesadillas, BBQ, Burgers, you name it, and this truck will perform.  It has 4 service windows which open on the passenger's side.  I just replaced the engine which has just 90K miles. Having a generator makes the cold plate last longer powers appliances.
