2015 custom-built, Featherlite trailer, built-in, in CO. Full-size Forno Bravo wood-burning oven. It has a 10 ft viewing window for the customers to watch their food being made in front of them. We only used it 2-3 times a week, through Oct-May, for three years. It's been well maintained and thoroughly cleaned after each event. Has tons of storage space in the back as well.
